previa cruise faults

This Previa has cruise that was intermittent, and now gone. Brake lights are not working, so I was wanting a diagram showing switch and component location. Naturally I will look at the brake switch, but on this van, I don' t know if cruise works off a pressure activated switch or a mechanical switch on the pedal. Can someone find a diagram, so I won't have to go fisning at the library? Thanks in advance!
