last spring i had problems with my tt motor but really couldnt fix it my self, so i let it sit till now. I have been going to school and now feel confident to do the work(alot less intiminated).
Back to the z, it was over heating and the oil pressure was holding when first started then dropped to around 15psi or worse. i thought what was going to have be done was a new head gasket, but when i drained the oil there was no water or antifeeze in it.
But the motor still came out(infact this afternoon)
What i saw was oil in my turbo and intake pipes going all the way into the intake manifold from what i can see before i start to dissasemble the motor.
So i think, it is the turbo seals, because five months ago i was an idiot who didnt know that shuting off the car wet is probably the worst thing to do. thank god ive come a long way from there! lol
but what im not sure of now is if bad seals could cause low oil pressure and over heating which would happen after about twenty minutes of driving.
