91 Cutlass Ciera Idle / Stall

Initially the chain of problems started when a hose coming out of the passenger side of the engine near the S belt and alternator had become loose because a clamp broke off. The car stalled and would turn over but not spark. 15 minutes later the car started like there was no problem, but coolant sprayed under the hood. A new clamp was fastened and no coolant leaked. Resevoir was filled again and the car ran like no problems.

On 3 different encounters the car has stalled and refused to start again. It would turn over, but no spark. If the car would sit 15-20 minutes it would start again like no problem.

The most recent stall would turn over the engine and spark and idle very rough. The engine wouldn't take any gas to increase the idle, but would stall out. 20-30 minutes later the car starts like no problems.

Any ideas? Doesn't seem to be a power problem, Alternator was replaced 2 years ago, new fuel filter. Spark plug problems?
The idle problem has been a problem in the past, where the car would stall out because of low idle, but it would start up and take gas and keep idle as long as gas provided. Icreased idle speed and the problem stopped. All recent problems started after coolant problem.

Possible the coolant got into the crank sensor connector, un plug it and clean out with brake clean. dry thoroughly and use di-electric grease in the connector.
