oil leak from rear crack seal

I guys, I have a mazda b4000 that leaks oil from between the block and the tranny. I think it is leaking from the rear crack seal.
Only happens when i accelerate . does the PVC valve have something to do with it.
I was told that the pvc valve to to releave the preasure buildup in the crank casr area, and if the pvc valve is not working properly it wont open
up the releave presure, thus creating presure and blowing out oil.
