Lightbulb Replacing Seats with Aftermarket seats.

I have a 1995 SL. I bought the car used and the driver seat was worn out. I replaced it with seat from the junk yard, but noticed that the seat, while not as bad as the one in my car, was on its way out. I went to other junk yards and inspected many other seats. I have realized these seats are not very well made. I am thinking of changing the seat with an aftermarket one. Has anyone done this?? How difficult is it to do?? How much am I looking to spend?? I am mostly concerned with the seat belt, the lock/latch is part of the seat. Do aftermarket seats come with seatbelt locks/latch?? Thank you for your help.
