name this noise?
the link is on yousendit.com. its only about 5 mb the thing is i hear a wheezing noise coming from either the engine or somewhere behind it and the exhaust header. it would go on if i floor the gas pedal at WOT either in gear '3' w/o the B&M shift+ or if i have it on and drive in any gear regardless even on 'D' i just had a trans flush and new oil that didnt work, new oil, and plugs. i dont know what the problem is, i dont have any CELs on. but the noise is annoying and i get looks when i step either lightly or heavily on the gas pedal :-(

Power steering pump? Mine is noisy and I thought I heard yours. It could be anything though. Maybe the belt tensioner pulley? Try taking off the belt and turning each pulley by hand, except for the crank pulley of course, lol. See if they spin freely.

ok i'll go check those 2 parts out. the belt tensioner pulley, thats on the passenger side of the engine bay next to the coolant right? cause if u downloaded the file the noise is coming from just behind the vicinity of the engine bay, moreso near the driver side
