I'm thinking of painting the interior in my 89 crx. But what interior paint is the best to use.

Re: what interior paint is the best to use
I used duplicolor trim paint on mine, I don't know how many colors they have. I've only used the flat black, to touch up some dash pieces and on my friends car so it would look stock again.

Re: what interior paint is the best to use
the best idea is not to paint your interior. you will wish you never did it in the future.

It's not so much the paint as the preperation that counts in making it a good job. Sand it, clean it, even prime it of you have to. There was some good write up I saw on the net, try googling. Or look at computer part painting write ups - same skills & methods needed.
I had to 'de-rice' my car when I bought it from the spray bombed silver shit everywhere. What parts I couldn't get cheap at the junkyard, Duplicolor saved my retinas! |
