90 Riviera, No Spark, No Codes

Was driving home the other evening when I heard a "ticking" coming from the general area of the power steering/oil sender unit area. Stopped and checked oil/anti-freeze levels - OK. Engine had only been running a few minutes and Temp/Oil pressure were fine. No noticeable problems other than the ticking, so I decided to drive it back to my garage. Car ran fine for about 3 miles, then as I was heading up a hill it started to feel like it was running out of gas (tank 3/4 full) and then the engine just stopped. It would turn over, but never start.

The weird thing is that NO E codes are showing up.

After getting it to the garage, I tested for fuel flow (seemed OK) and Spark (NO spark). Just replaced the plugs with AC/Delco Platinums, also replaced the plug wires with Bosch Premiums. The Cam sensor has been replaced within the last 12 months. Don't know if the "ticking" is associated with problem or not, was going to isolate the tick once back at my garage - just wanted to include for diagnostic purposes. Swapped out Ign relay and checked fuses. I'll check connections tomorrow. Any other ideas??
