no heat
My friend has a 91 cavalier and the heat doesn't work almost at all. I think it should even though it is a convertable. The heat comes out a little, but on the highest setting it's the same as the lowest. Is it the blower motor or maybe the fan?

My girlfriend had the same problem with her cavy. You need to replace the fan. Works like it should now.

Re: no heat
the blower motor. right hand side of the engine bay right behinf the alternator. you will have to move the alternator to get it out. for v6 cars

Re: no heat
Does air come out at all? or just not heat? If the air comes out at varying speed depending on what you have it set at, then the blower is likely fine. But if the air doesn't change, then look at the blower, relays, or resistor pack. Also check for debris under the air intake (plastic piece under the wipers).

There is no air flow at all. The blower sounds like it's working but there is no air, there was some debris under the air thingy under the hood near the glass, I cleaned it out but there was no difference. I don't even know exactly what to check or where anything is located. I did check the fuses and they were all fine. I can do small things to cars but I don't know that. So any explaination is really appreciated.
