painting valve covers is there anything bad about it?
hmmmmm,,,, i see alot of painted vavle covers around town,,, im wondering wont the motor start smoking and burn the paint off over time,
or is it a plain good and pretty" looking thing to do to your motor?

as long as you use high temp paint and prepare the surface first, it's all good. Just use new gaskets IMO.
