what to port and polish ?

On a talon 1.8. what is the best thing to port and polish? Also does any body know anybody that does porting and polishing of this size engine ?

yeah ill give you port and polished. sell your 1.8 and and get a 2.0 turbo.

usually people port and polish the intake/exhaust manifold runners and the intake/exhaust ports ont he head. but porting and polishing won't do a whole lot for you if you're not going to do other mods to go along with it. exhaust system, maybe different cams, bored throttle body, CAI, and a few other minors to get you more overall flow throughout the motor.

You can polish your valve cover. Porting, or "speed holes" are done by using a pickaxe on the hood. It can also be done with a gun but it's not recomended.

The gun is VERY effective if you've got the experience and know how.
