I think i'm getting a 240sx soon?
Hey sup guys? My boy just bought a car and he wants to get rid of his 1995 240sx. He said he'll sell it to me for 1500!! It has like 70,000 miles on it? I think its stock though. Anyways he lives in San Jose so i have to go there and pick that shit up!
 P.S. I'm still gonna keep my Crx. I still have future plans for it!

whoa 1500 thats dirt cheap!!! i paid 7000 for my 95 and thats a good price for one that has 45000 miles on it. but yours damn~~~~ i can barely buy a decent running S13 hatch back with that money.

Yeh i know man! Well he has the new celica gts 6 speed
 Well its just a temp car. Hes getting an IS300 in 6 months. The dealer gave him the celica just to see how well he does the payments.

1500???
You need to get a Carfax report on that...take it to a mechanic and have him THOROUGHLY check that car from top to bottom...everything and anything. This car sounds fishy...why would you sell a car that you can get 4500-7500 for it??? Check it and protect yourself

Well he can get sell it for alot more than 1500. Like i said he's hookin me up. I asked him if he will get rid of it and he said yeh he has no need for it anymore. I asked him how much? He said , for you 1500 bro. I was like aight kool then. He's replacin a new alternator cause it needs it and he got a new battery for it also. He told me theres nothing wrong with the car.

I'd still get a carfax report like NISSANSPDR said. Who knows, it might have been at the bottom of a lake and now have a salvage title on it

Regardless of that...even if it was garaged and sitting for 3 years...even that does damage to a car...you gotta keep a car moving and keep up maintenance on it and take it to the dealership ever like 30K miles...so GET IT CHECKED OUT for your sake...I know he wouldnt be taking you for a lot of money....but still...I would make sure it's all in good shape b4 shelling out 1500. That's an SR or some wheels to most of the 240SX guys...

Yeh i'll get it checked out. I just talked to him yesterday to see what was done to it. He told me that he thinks he has headers and it has a whole cat back system with bodykit and its dropped with 17s? Well my friend didn't modify it , he traded his auto integra LS for it. It was a str8 up trade.

Yeh i'm still hopin i can get it though. He told me he loves to tail whip that car. I told him that i heard those cars are awesome for drifting. he doesn't know how to drift neither do i but the way how he explained it seems like thats what he was doin.
