Unhappy 1995 Chevy Cavalier Horn Help!

Recently purchased a used 1995 Chevy Cavalier... we thinkest that the horn fuse may have been disconnected, as the car was in storage all winter and was unused? Either that or the horn just doesnt work. Clicks when I push it... But I have no idea where the horn is to investigate! Any idea on where the horn location of the 95 Cavalier horn is would be of much appreciation! I cant register the car til its inspectable and its not inspectable around here without that horn in working order! Thanks for your help!!! -Sarah

The horn should be on the pasenger side under the front bumper area. Remove the splash guard on the bottom side of the car between the bumper and wheel well. the horn should be bolted up in there. Replace the horn and you should be good to go.
