92 Stanza Thermostat

I recently purchased a 92 stanza. The engine was not heating up, so I thought I would replace the thermostat. I looked where the top radiator hose goes into the intake and looks like where inlet made into the intake. Where the bottom radiator hose is attached is a two bolt flange. Is this where the thermostat is at?

the thermostat is on the lower radiator hose under the alternator. get more antifreeze because you will lose all of it doing the. i've done it three times now
