Spark plug prob

ok i have a prob tonight while inspecting my engine i had noticed my spark plug has gone bad and wondered if my jeep can run without 1 spark plug cause all thats open right now is walmart and i need to get to work in the morning and my other ride will be at there work too tomm on the other side of town that i need to be. so i need a solution.

well if you got home with it like that then im sure you can get to work but i would swap it out asap.
