braking system fuse question

90 FORD TBird Sc, anti locking brake system is acting up. Trying to find out if I remove the fuses to this system would that be a quick fix for the time being. Its making it hard for the car to start, since on this car requires you to press down on the brake to start.And that has the brake pedal only going down half the distance. Thks for any help i recieve.

im not sure what abs has to do with starter? if you push the brake pedal down enuff to turn on brakelights(at rear of car) thats enuff to enable the starter circuit so i dont understand your question
