And the angry old grandmother wouldn't move her Jeep until they had pulled the 4Runner up the hill. 6 trucks blocking the trail, and none of them wanted to borrow Daisy's winch, they had to do it by hand.

I remember her asking if we "had a reservation to drive California Pass" and that we would have to wait. I will never understand why she wouldn't move her Jeep and let us by.

Swimming at 12,000 feet.

Nothing like a dip in a snow fed lake at 12,000 feet to clear your head. (jumping from the dirt mound)
