Just got one of two trucks I have at work done.

recall

I have a 02 4.3 and chevy is putting isulation around the suction line of the ac, because it is dripping condensation onto and I guess into the distributor cap.

It is NOT a RECALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is a GM TSB for condensation getting inside the Cap causing misfires and possible no start conditions...been around for about a year now.
It is caused by moisture from the A/C line dripping on the cap..there is an insulator that goes on the line and a new cap and rotor,
