Ok. I have a 98 Sonoma 2.2 auto. I put a Flowtech Afterburner on it, with dual outlets. It seems a bit sluggish, even after all the stuff I've done to it. I want to get a cold air intake, hopefully giving me some speed. I was looking on eBay, and there are some for like $20. Are these as good as the name brands, like injen or such?

Re: Cold Air Intake ?s
I've got a cai on a '96 4.6L Thunderbird and it does give power. The brand I have is K&N. It makes the exhaust a little louder, lowers the RPM's, gives hp and torque, and just looks cool. I would be careful about buying one off of e-bay if it isn't name brand. It's better to pay a little more for something you know is going to fit and work. K&N, AEM, Volant are some good ones.

Re: Cold Air Intake ?s
Well, you could really be getting a good deal, but also someone maybe posting it as something it isn't, but at $20 it wouldn't be too big of a loss so I guess just do it. I might if they had one for my truck.
