Tuner Tube

When you remove the tuner tube in a 2.4, does it sound good? or like crap? I also have a Short ram intake on it and was wondering if removing the tuner tube would make it sound better. I know the tuner tube is there to quiet the engine, but i dont what so crappy noise coming from it. Anyone that has done it what do you think of the sound. Also if you remove it, can it be put back on?

Re: Tuner Tube

leave it there, it also helps with performance. Its designed to funnel the air directly to the TB, by removing it the air doesnt move as smoothly.
