how to wire in the vtec

My friend had a 92 civic hatch with a d16z6 swap. She needs her vtec wired to the computer, she has the d16z6 computer. all i need to know is what wires go where. thanks in advance.

There is only 1 wire............Think it goes to A4 on the ecu......But don't try it till u r sure.....Been a while since I done mine.

Ok show us..........I only ran 1 wire..........Mine works fine.....2 more wires may make it run only better........

is that diagram the same for SOHC, oh and i made a mistake its a d16y8 not a z6 sry. she also doesnt have the female connector that connects to the solenoid and cant find one. can we just soldier the wires to the male connector that is on the solenoid.

yes ecept the yellow on that diagram is green but it goes to the same place on ur ecu.pin A4,D6 and ground these are the only ones u need to worry about
