Question air flow blower

1998 Venture cannot change direction of air flow. Constant blow on all three areas, cannot change to one area. Electric part of switch does work as seen by being able to switch to interior recirculate when switch on air. When on AC vent air still comes out defrost, vents and bottom.
Any suggestions and or diagrams for hoses I would appreciate.
