b16 emissions

everyone has this big question on whether or not they can pass emissions with a jdm motor. Well let me tell you. I was scared because my tags expired today and I had to get the test (that I failed twice already with my d16a6 in) and we still havent got my car running right yet. My t/b was broken and we cant set the idle right, so it idles at 1100 rpm. Anyway, I take the emissions test and it only had 20 and 19 (idle and high idle respectively) when 220 was the limit on hydrocarbons. On the CO%, it was .04 (I dont remember the limit on that, but it was well above .04). So yes, those jdm engines run very clean, no need to worry.
