Tacoma 1996 Look renewal

Today I just saw a Tacoma 1995 with a new Look, like a 2003!!
It looks really cool. Basically the Frontal Part was replaced.
Does any body have performed this kind of upgrade or conversion to your Tacoma?
I would like to give to my 1996 4WD Tacoma a Fresh look.
Some Body told me that basically is necessary replace the Hood, Front Grill and bumper as well Head lamps.
I dont know if the Front fenders need to be replaced.
Any other required parts? Cost? Hiden Trick?
