swapping a 91 gt motor into a 96 lx

I've got a 96 escort lx with a ohv 1.9 sefi. the problem is, it's blown. everything works fine. I've also got a 91 escort gt with the 1.8 dohc. i want to take the gt motor and put it in the lx, is it possible to just put it in there even though the lx has throttle body and the intake on the gt motor is injected. also is there any way i could just interchange the heads with no problems even though there's a slight difference in the engine size by .1?

Both motor's have a throttle body, and both are injected.
The two motor's are not compatible at all in any way shape or form. The GT is a Mazda motor while the lx is a Ford motor.
