Fuel Filter Location on a 99 Spyder?

Sup Guys,

Where's the Fuel Filter Location on a 99 Spyder with a 2.4 (non-turbo) engine? I have the Haynes manual but it isnt very informative as to the location of the filter.

Also just to confirm, The correct Gap for a spark on the same car would be .044 correct?

Thanks

thats the gap I believe..

The fuel filter is behind the battery mounted on the fire wall. Expect to get fuel on things... Easiest thing to do is remove the battery and the tray that holds it. Watch the nuts from the fuel filter. Id ropped one in a very hard to get to place. The top of the filter is easy to place back on. The bottom is the hard one. It takes a bit of manuvering to get the tools in there..

My fuel ran black out of the filter thats bad..
