Leaking Fuel Filter

Replaced old fuel filter on 1996 Concorde; ran fine for 2 months, now it leaks fuel everywhere. Seems to be really loose connection. Tri9ed O-rings, new retainer clips, etc.... Anyone else have this problem? HELP!!
