Exclamation 94 s10 Blazer won't turn over

Vehicle was shut off to go in store, came backout, nothing but a click. Changed battery, then starter, still won't turn over.Ran a jumper wire to the small wire,it engaged a few times, then finally turned over for about 5 seconds, hand slipped, tried again,it engages but does not turn over.Tried again the next couple days no luck.I know I have problem with the ignition wire, but is the new starter crap too?Any help would be greatly appreciated,Thanks everyone.

That's 1 area that can cost you a lot of money if you don't know what your doing.

It's just about the only area where I say let the experts have a quick look.

They test the current going into your starter and then have a really good idea of exactly what is wrong.

But you can sure pull all the cable ends off and clean them up first. That might solve your problem
