Posi Gears
Ok now i have an 89 4x4 s10 blazer and i bought an auburn posi for 1988 and newer 7.5/7.625 rears. Then i bought some gears from an 02 camaro and the gears wont fit over the hub on the posi its a 3.42. Do i need new gears i was planning on buying richmond gears, or motive gear 7.625. Or do i need a spacer and everything is for series 3. That and is 200 for the rebuild of the rear a good price for labor, it includes replacement of all bearings, and proper pinion and carrier spacing.

Don't ever look at cars as just imports or domestics. Just because a car is made in a certain country doesn't mean that it is anything like another car from that country. An example of this is Mitsubishi reliability, just because they are Japanese doesn't mean that they are as reliable as a Honda or Toyota.
