IMa Dubass Oil problem I think?

Since i accidently filled my oil an inch pass the max line My engine seams to not hum anymore while idoling. And when I take off from a stand still, the take off seams sorta bumpy, but I could just not be giving it enough gas at the begining but it is a noticable change. Is it the Oil I overfilled?

If the oil is overfilled the crank will hit the oil creating a lot of drag not to mention foaming the oil. Drain the oil asap.

Drain some oil ASAP! To much oil will destroy your rear main seal causing oil to get on your clutch. I'm not even going to get into other problems this will cause.

Re: IMa Dubass Oil problem I think?

well, my oil gage wasnt working, but i didint know it at the time, and I put in 2 qaurts. I read the oil stick wrong, it was in the dark too lol. But I just got my oil drain today and I put in a new KN 1010 oil filter and a new fram air filter(only till i buy a KN air filter kit) and Mobil 1 syn. So i should be alright untill I buy my intake.
