okay, a intake question this time

okay, so ive already asked a transmission question..and now i have a intake question

why is my '85 camaros intake better then my '88 firebirds?
the camaro is a 2.8 v6 and the firebird is a 5.7..

the 2.8 has dual intakes while the firebird has a single one, not even leading to the front of the car, its kind of just cut off behind the popup lights..

will this affect my performance? does it only SEEM like my camaro's is better?

were 16" wheels and ws6 suspension, along witha 5.7 available on the normal firebird?
i bought this car, and was told it was a FORMULA firebird..
but when i checked the VIN letter, it told me it was a normal firebird..

whts the diff?

are the suspension, engine and wheels the only thing diff between a normal fbird and a formula?
