problem starting gsr swap

I just got done dropping a b18c1 into my civic, when i try to start it the starter cranks but nothing happens, the starter is working right, I am using brand new plugs and wires, I double and triple checked the ignition wires with my helms manual they are all connected and in the right place, the spark plugs are sparking, I double checked all the fuel injector wires they are all right, I am stuck, anyone else have any ideas on what to check or why it isnt starting? Thanks

first off and im not trying to insult you but do you have the right ecu for the engine and are all of the plugs in the harness plugged in and are all of your fuses ok? one more thing, is the fuel pump working? whenever you turn the key to on can you hear the lines pressurize? thats all i can think of for now.
