odor TSB

Has anyone else had a problem with stale odor emanating from the AC in hot summer months. I've seen a couple of TSBs on it. Does anyone have access to those?

As well as a couple more:

Where do you get the info on the TSB's and are they free, or do you have to purchase the info?

I don't believe my floor boards are getting wet, but I do have the odour.
I will post if I find out any info on a fix.
