Trans Sport 93 a/c-heater fan won't work

Hi guys,
My 93 Pontiac Transport's front fan won't work when a/c or heater are on. The a/c engages (I hear the click) and the rear fan works fine. I checked the fuse inside the glove compartment and is O.K. Would you mind giving me some help.
