I think my CEL is either burnt out or the previous owner disconnected it?? isn't it supposed to come on when you turn the key to acessory?? b/c mine doesnt and i dont think ever has. But i didnt notice it/ thought about it till a few days ago, after a year and a half lol. Is there a way to check if its disconnected or burnt out?

Re: CEL burnt out?
Yes, take out the surrounding shroud, then after that, it just pops out. I actually took mine out a while ago, realized that the guy who who owned the car before me installed indoglo gauges. (who knew?) Found that out a year after I bought the car. Anywho, I actually found my CEL to be completely MIA! That's no good, but yes, it should come on when you turn the key to ON, and hold there for 3 secs then turn off.
