NF2 OR NC1 federal emission engine
Can anybody tell me how to tell if my 2000(Junk)Montana is a NF2 federal emission engine or a NC1 california emissions engine.The engine blew up after getting intake manifold gaskets replaced and I am looking at used engines but I need to know which engine I have.

Not 100% sure, but does the sticker on the inside of the hood specify which emissions system your van has? I think it should state whether the emissions are certified for, or designed to meet California standards or not. Anyone else have thoughts on this one? .
