1996 ram 1500 fuel problem

i am having problems with my truck. can't get it to run. fuel filter has been replaced, tank was dropped and cleaned, replaced the electric fuel pump w/ sensor was replaced with a used one. still no luck. had used pump tested and it was good, had computer tested too. i am at my wits end can't figure this thing out can any one help e-mail me at blondiielocks@hotmail. com if you can think of anything
