lancer 09?

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could give me feed back on the 09 Lancer GTS?
I am looking for a new car since my 93 del sol is getting up there in milage..
If anyone could give personal information on the car. the positives/negatives, ect.... I was also wondering if the gas milage city/highway was good... And I was wondering will I have to fill the gas tank up often?

Seems to be a pretty solid car so far, very few problems. About the only complaint I've noticed was paint chipping just in front of the rear wheels, just behind the rear door sill from the bottom of the car to about the top of the tire. It's not terrible, a set of front mudflaps would stop it, if you can get a set. Otherwise I'd use some of that 3M clear paint protecting stuff, as of right now Mitsubishi isn't doing anything about it. Gas mileage will probably be close to what it is rated at. It is pretty peppy too, but the 2.4 isn't much faster than the 2.0. I think it's like a 15hp difference so don't worry about the 2.0 being much slower. I'd get one if I were lookin for a new car, I like the new look, not much of a grandma car anymore
