stupid question?

I was out with my friends tonight and they wanted to hear my exhaust..i revved it to abbout 4.5k rpm- 5k rpm..Ill probably never do it again but was this a bad thing to do to the car? I just want to make sure im not doing anything too bad...Yes..i care too much

unless the engine is hot enough it is not bad. dont worry about it too much.. dont rev the engine more than 3k rpm when it is cold, otherwise it is fine.

thanks doodad..i also managed to pull a small burnout with an A4..i was like 5 seconds but cool nonetheless!

Hows your stang? I cant get over how beautiful that interior is..You ever think of selling your LT1 and save for a LS1 T/A?

EDIT: The stock exhaust is pretty bad-ass..i cant wait till i save enough for magnaflows though ..Getting my CAI next week!

haha 5 sec burnout on your v6r? you can do a longer one, guarenteeed. i bet you werent on the brake? ;D and yeah, it should be fine.

Its A4..but nah i didnt use the brake just stomped the gas..roads were a little wet

It isn't really 'hard' on the motor, but it sure isn't easy on it either. Spins up too quickly.
