Question 2001 Alero Keyless entry

I have a 2001 Alero program car that didn't come with any fobs. I got a couple off of ebay but the dealer wants 35 apiece to program them. Can anyone tell me how to progrsm them myself. The reciever is under the dash not in the trunk on this model............thanks Bob
