1983 rx7 problems

The car had been sitting for almost 7 years before we bought it. Replaced starter, alternator, all vaccuum lines, battery, both coils, fuel pump, fuel filter. It idles poorly and hesitates when you go to give it gas. Any suggestions on what to look for or fix??? Thanks
