Post witch Prelude??

Witch year and type of Prelude should i get with witch engine in it???? and please explain why if possible thanks.
It is for a project but wanna leave the same engine that is in.

Depends what kind of project you want to do. Both the 4th gen and the 5th gen Prelude's have stout motors, but like I said, it depends what kind of project you want to do. Cost is a factor too. Depending on how much you have will determine which motor you should get. The H22A1 is the 2.2 VTEC which I'm sure you already know. IF you have the money, you could build the block and the head and then boost it. Or you could get the H23A1 and boost that and build it. Main difference is the VTEC. Boosting a VTEC engine will require more money if you want to do it right because it's high compression already due to VTEC and if you boost it, even if it's on 8 PSi, you'll have some sick combustion going on in there. So you could boost the low comp H23 and have low end torque because of the bigger displacement and have the boost for the high end. Your call.

i would go with a 1996 prelude vtech personally but hey thats just me.
