Umm...That light means your air bags aint workin. I have it too. Turning it off doesn't fix the air bags. Why does the light bother you anyways?
Im not sure but I think they fix the airbags for free?

NO SRS system repairs are not free unless there is a recall.

Sure they can be related a low battery can cause the lights to come on since there isn't enough voltage.

He can tell with the ABS, just go 60-70ish and firmly press brakes. You should feel it vibrate (another reason why it's for women! lol).
He can also tell with the SRS, go 60-70ish and firmly hit another car
