Question 98 Neon with a stall problem

Hi everyone... I have a 98 dodge neon automatic. A couple of days ago it stalled while driving. It took a couple of minutes to start. Last night it happened again and it took me a long time to drive back to home. It keep stalling and I have to wait 15 or more minutes to started again. I check the codes and the only ones are 11 and 12. It start in neutral and park as normal. It goes in gear without stalling but if i give it some gas in gear...it dies and them it don't want to start for a couple of minutes. Fuel pump is OK. It sound for a couple of seconds at run and continuosly with the engine running. It don't have spark at the spark plug after it stalls but if I wait 15 minutes everything is normal. I'm running out of ideas.....anybody ever have this problem????

That code 11 is bad news...Timing belt skipped 1 tooth or more from initial learned value; Intermittent loss of either camshaft or crankshaft position sensor; No crank reference signal detected during engine cranking. If your timing belt skipped a tooth, then you may have bent some valves. How many miles are on you neon?
