Finished: BMW 535i - Fujimi

Hello,

My last finished model; Fujimi's 535i. A reasonably good kit, with a nice interior and body, although the window didn't fit too well in my version... Oh well, the gap isn't too obvious, so I can live with it. I added a radio antenna (stole the idea from Ales' BMW 5er thread) and a rear wing with third brake light. The wing is from a Mazda RX-7 by Tamiya. It didn't look too well on the Mazda, but it sure does give the BMW a kind of M-like look.

I lost the front blinkers, and a side mirror, so that's why they aren't on the model... damn, I keep loosing things. Maybe I'll find them, they must be on the floor somewhere...

The pics;

Very nice!
Some comments: slightly "orange peel" effect on paint. You can polish it. What happened with exaust? On 4 photo it looks like warped.
Window trims looks so glossy - i think it must be semi gloss, or matt

Thanks all!

Yes, orange peel, I know... I found it quite difficult to polish this one. I kept polishing through the paint because of height differences on the car body...

The exhaust is fine I guess, what do you mean? Warped?

And the trim; yes, I know, that should've been matt... but I don't have an airbrush, and painting something matt black with a paintbrush isn't such a good idea. At least it isn't when you're using acrylics...

MidMazar: Strange, I just uploaded them to imageshack and they appear to work for everyone else, including me...

EDIT: front side picture, bit blurry
