torque setting on header?
what is the proper torque setting for a 2000 Civic EX? Also, what is the proper tightening pattern?

tighten from the inside out, I didnt know the torque for it so tighten it till its just tight enough

You are talking about the exhaust manifold?
If so the correct torque is 33 N-m (3.2 kfg-m, 23 lbf-ft).
