wont start on gas

i have 1992 3.1 lumina i have spark,i have fuel to fuel rail it will run on starting fluid,tried to check codes but check engine light is not on,u think mabey ecm if so where is it located

It could be the ECM. Did you check fuel pressure with a guage? It's possible that you can have fuel spray at the schrader valve, but it isn't sufficient to feed the injectors. To answer your auestion, the ECM is located in the right front fender well, under the plastic cover the radiator overflow bottle sits on.
