what do i have to do to get a few of these babies to show? is it high reps with lower weight or what? i basically have only the big vein in my forearm that pops out nicely.

Whatever gives you the bigger pump. Usually higher weight, lower reps, after a few sets it should start showing up. A lot of it has to do with your body fat. The guys who look like they have been shootin up roids every day since they were 2 just have really low body fat so its easier for it to show up in them. Put down the big mac, go do curls with the front end of your car and youll have ripped veins in now time! Wish I had some other ideas for ya.

I do high reps with lower weight. Thats what my uncle told me to do about getting ripped and veins coming out, and he's a pro. body builder. And like sivic02 said body fat has a lot to do with it.

I think some peoples veins just show naturally. I can do something as simple as pick up a book and then they'll pop out. Kinda wierd.

I figure the more muscle you have, the bigger the veins will be, simple matter of math. Bigger muscles need more blood, which means bigger veins. I'm at that point right now where my one arm has a big vein right down middle, adn the other one has a couple of them, they just about show at rest and really show when pumped, I got oodles of forearm veinage.

Yeah thats true. I have some female friends too and when they see bodybuilders in magazines or on TV (just like that one guy on MTV True Life: I want to perfect body, the bodybuilder guy), they say its gross and disgusting. They say its the biggest turn off. And yes Sivic02, it does depend on the girl. My girl doesnt like it when i have vein sticking out.

A friend of mine, skinny as hell, doesn't lift at all, doesn't do any exercising whatsoever, has veins popping out all over his arms. It's not about muscle mass, it's more about low body fat.

Nitric Oxide. Im throwing some of this in with my creatine cycle.... i look like a freak when im doing curls especially. It will give you all the vein poppage you want. Besides, why worry about doing more work to get your veins to pop out when you can just take 9 horse pills a day.

Werd up. I'm now 6'2 and 163 pounds (official!). I am an auto tech as a profession, but i don't workout whatsoever. As a matter of fact, i sit around smoke butts and drink beer all day. You should see the vein awesomeness whenever I'm screwing something. Like, on a car

yea it doesnt take much for my veins to show, i can lift one thing and they will pop out lol
