how hard would it be to make an automatic supra a stick. or how long would it take

The clutch is standalone and all the automatics Ive seen already have the holes in the firewall for it. You just need the transmission, clutch, clutch pedal/fluid cylinder, Flywheel, all the lines, and the M/T ECU. Im pretty sure thats all of it.

The AT ecu will work with a MT, but not the other way arround. You will also need the clutch fork and slave cyl. The drive shaft and spedo cable may not fit depending on wheter this is a NA supra or a turbo Supra we are talking about.
