loud pop from axle
whats up...seems like there's always something to be fixed.....anyways...
i have this pop...normally occurs when there's stress on the axle...either starting from a dead stop, changing gears (automatic) or anything like that...it comes from the front drivers side corner...took it to the mech that does all my work...very trustworthy guy...says he cant find it because he cant get it to pop when its up on the lift...but he can easily get it to do it in the parking lot...no idea what it is...anybody had this problem drewh4386...did you ever figure out what yours was? wondering if mine is the same...

I have the same problem. I think mine might be the shocks. Thats what I narrowed it down to. Replaced and check everything else. Did you get the balljoints redone?

the balljoints was a recall right? if so yeah...uhh...shocks...maybe...i want coilovers so may have em put on....but i dunno...let me know if it is your shocks because the pop is really getting on my nerves...almost every time i start out from a dead stop...especially in my driveway (big hill) in reverse (backing up the hill)
